After a decade of working as a Third Degree Reiki practitioner, I became a certified Matrix Energetics Practitioner in 2012, and a Past Life Integration Therapist and Reiki Master in 2013. I have also completed training in Quantum Touch, PSYCH-K, Sedona Method, and Oneness Blessing, among other modalities.
I graduated in 1974 from UCLA with a BA in English.
I have worked over the years with many different forms of energy healing to help others, and also to heal myself of such things as fibromyalgia, extensive allergies, and emotional issues. I know through personal experience the amazing healing that can be achieved through energy healing.

The world of bodywork and massage therapy is my passion! I firmly believe in its benefits on the body, mind, and spirit as I have seen these demonstrated over my 12+ years in the field.
I graduated with a Certificate of Massage Therapy from Apollo College Boise in 2006. I received a Bachelor of Health Science and Minor in Psychology from Boise State University in 2015. I became board certified from The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) in 2016 and L.M.T. State Licensed by the Idaho Board of Massage Therapy in 2017. My Reiki training began with Usui Reiki Master in 2007, Karuna Reiki Master in 2009, and Tanran Reiki Master in 2017.
I am a long standing member of the ABMP (Associated Board of Massage Practitioners). Over the years I have worked in various settings, such as spas, health clubs, doctor's offices, and hospice care. I learned a great deal from each. Now I specialize in therapeutic care, focusing on those clients that are in pain and need rehabilitation and healing.

My interest in psychology began at the University of Puget Sound, where I completed a Bachelor in Psychology in 1990. Working in schools, agencies, and hospital settings, my experience grew through providing a variety of Mental Health Services over the past 10 years. When searching for a Counseling Psychology program that aligned with my understandings of the human psyche, I found Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California, where I earned a Master's Degree in Depth Psychotherapy. I am currently licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho and also Institute trained as an EMDR Trauma Therapist providing relief for symptoms including PTSD.
Depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, overwhelming emotions, and relationship issues are a few of the difficulties that we all experience along our human journey. These sufferings are often ignored until they overwhelm us and can stop us in our tracks. I work with each client in a creative partnership to explore these symptoms, issues, and sufferings that are coming up and troubling for them. Together, we safely explore new ways of personal healing, find a deeper sense of self-awareness, and uncover the solutions right for each client. I place great value in honoring each client's unique individual identities, experiences, and backgrounds and welcome each client to a comfortable, safe place to regain their joy and balance in life.
